Art For Wellbeing

Our weekly 'Art for Wellbeing' is a great place to not only get creative, but to enjoy some social time in a welcoming workshop at The Arc. These popular creative sessions are supported, lots of fun and designed with inclusivity in mind. You might like to stay on for Sandwich Club after art - details further down the page, please book in advance if you are coming for the first time.

Sandwich Club

Every Tuesday we have a social meet up at the Arc.
The sessions are a great opportunity to expand social networks and meet new friends. And, of course, chat to old ones!

Inclusive Mindfull Wellbeing
Thursdays

Mindful Wellbeing is a weekly inclusive online feel-good class designed and delivered by Beth Wood, Director of Mind Fitness and co-author of the hugely successful Unlock You.
Each week is a stand-alone class, but the benefits are deeper if you are able to attend regularly.
The Mindful Wellbeing sessions sit within Prospero’s Wellbeing Hub and combine a mixture of learning and doing, creating a nurturing and inclusive setting that will support you to cope with challenges and live your best life.

Friday Club
Tuesdays

Friday Club works in collaboration with our community partners. For example Include Choir have led singing and signing sessions at post-show parties, Sunnydown and Hillcroft Schools take part in performances, our local Men in Sheds have helped with scenery making, and we have costume making support from local seamstresses - including from the Westway Centre's Repair cafe.

After Hours Club
Fridays
4:00pm - 5:00pm
Venue: On Zoom
After Hours is a popular hybrid drama activity where members and non/members can log in from their homes or at the Arc on one of our designated laptops.
Each session has a different topic, and they are structured to build communications skills and, of course, to be great fun!
