Current Production – Antigone
The story of a young girl prepared to defy the proclamation of the King in order to bury the body of her brother, is an ancient tragedy with modern resonance.
What value should we give to principles and beliefs? At what point do we become complicit when a tyrant stamps his power on the world?
This Prospero Theatre School production is both haunting and shocking as events shaped by the curse of history take on the force of a tidal wave that cannot be stopped.
